The present invention relates to a method for introducing N-hydroxysuccinimide group to a material surface and, more specifically, to a method for introducing N-hydroxysuccinimide group to a material surface which mixes a compound having the N-hydroxysuccinimide group with a lipid and introduces the same to the material surface. The method according to the present invention is simple and economical, thereby efficiency and reproducibility of receptor fixation can be enhanced. With such effects, an introduction of NHS group to the surface of a biosensor, a gas sensor, a chromatographic medium, a nanomaterial for drug delivery, a nanomaterial for diagnosing, and the like is made advantageous. |
