PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a lighting fixture that has a light emitting element and can distribute light to all of frontward, sideway and rearward directions.SOLUTION: The lighting fixture 100 has the light emitting element 110, a luminous flux control member 120, a cover and a box 170. The luminous flux control member 120 distributes an outgoing beam from the light emitting element 110 at least sideway and rearward. The cover makes the outgoing beam from the luminous flux control member 120 permeate while diffusing it. The box 170 is formed so that an angle α formed by an optical axis LA and a tangent L1 passing through an external peripheral edge of a reflection surface 141 of a second luminous flux control member and contacting with a front end edge 172a of a first tapered face 172 of the box 170 becomes not smaller than an angle of a peak of the rearward outgoing beam of the luminous flux control member 120. |
