PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a camera module and titanium copper foil that can suppress the settling of a spring member and hardly generates a malfunction even if an impact such as a falling is applied.SOLUTION: The camera module 1 includes: a lens 3; spring members 9a and 9b for elastically energizing the lens 3 to an initial position of the optical axis direction; electromagnetic driving means 11 that generates an electromagnetic force against the energization force of the spring members 9a and 9b and can drive the lens 3 in the optical axis direction; and controlling means 12 for controlling the driving current supplied to the electromagnetic driving means 11. The spring members 9a and 9b contain 2.9-3.5 mass% Ti and the remainder being copper and unavoidable impurities, and have a Vickers hardness of 350 or more.
