PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide management devices, a communication system, and a synchronization method which enable a user to easily construct redundant configuration of the management devices without manually performing synchronization setting.SOLUTION: A communication system 1 comprises: radio devices 10a to 10c which perform radio communication via a radio network N1; and system managers 30a and 30b which manage the radio devices 10a to 10c. When The system managers 30a and 30b are configured to be redundant, the system managers 30a and 30b acquire status information indicating an operation state from each other, determine its own operation state according to the acquired status information, respectively, and synchronize management information required for managing the radio devices 10a to 10c with each other. |
