The in-vehicle device 110 comprises a vehicle data transmission section for transmitting, to the vehicle data collection device 130 at different sessions from each other, first vehicle data that is on the own vehicle and includes information in which an individual related to the own vehicle should be identified, and second vehicle data that includes information in which the individual related to the own vehicle should not be identified. |
