<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an exhaust emission control system of an internal combustion engine having an SCR and an EGR device, which suppresses increase of NOx exhausted to the atmosphere when the temperature of the SCR is high and increase of an EGR gas amount is restricted.SOLUTION: When the temperature of an SCR exceeds a prescribed range for reducing nitrogen oxide in exhaust or is expected to exceed the prescribed range on the basis of an operational state of an internal combustion engine, and when decrease of nitrogen oxide by an EGR device is restricted, the temperature of the SCR is controlled to be decreased.</p> |
