PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a substrate with a touch screen for an on-cell type display device, in which unevenness is suppressed.SOLUTION: A substrate 1 with a touch screen for a display device includes a transparent substrate 2 disposed on a front surface of an image light generating layer 8 that generates image light; in which a light-shieling part 4 for blocking image light is periodically formed on a back surface of the transparent substrate 2 excluding an opening 5, and a detection wiring line 3 for the touch screen is formed on the front surface of the transparent substrate 2, with the detection wiring line overlapping the light-shielding part 4 in a plan view and being narrower than a width of the light-shielding part 4. The thickness d of the transparent substrate 2 satisfies numerical expression 19, where Φ is an angle formed between a given direction r along the surface of the transparent substrate 2 and the horizontal direction of a space where the substrate is disposed; p is an arrangement interval of the openings in the direction r; Θ is an angle between the direction of a line of sight when the line of sight observing the transparent substrate 2 from a front side of the transparent substrate 2 is moved in the direction r, and a direction perpendicular to the surface of the transparent substrate 2; and Θis the maximum of an angle where the image light to the direction of the line of sight is not influenced by the light-shielding part 4. |
