PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a crosshead of a diesel engine capable of improving strength against reaction force applied from a support wall, and a frame part structure having the same, and a diesel engine having the same.SOLUTION: A guide shoe 36 is formed to be extended like a rail toward a center partition plate 33b, and has two guide shoe fitting parts 36a fitted to a center member 39 (projection part), and a guide shoe slide surface 360 which is an inner surface of the guide shoe fitting part 36a is brought into slide contact with a center member slide contact surface 390 of the center member 39, and the guide shoe 36 slides in a longitudinal direction of the center member 39, and thereby, a crosshead 35 linearly moves in the longitudinal direction of the center member 39.
