PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a bolt fastening device and a bolt fastening method which streamline a bolt fastening process.SOLUTION: A screw hole 24 is cleaned by jetting air from a nozzle 22 provided at a socket 3. The process enables a cleaning process of the screw hole 24 which is separately conducted from a bolt fastening process to be integrated with the bolt fastening process and streamlines the bolt fastening process.
