PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve problems in conventional heat radiation structures using a thin heat transfer sheet; that is, in order to ensure the closeness between a heating part, a heat transfer sheet and a radiator plate, the height of a column of a hooked spacer is required to be as small as possible; however in the case of the hooked spacer with column of small height, the thin heat transfer sheet cannot deform, which then causes a warp on the radiator plate and the board; here, since the rigidity of the radiator plate is larger than that of the board, the board may be subjected to a large stress causing a large warp resulting in a wire break.SOLUTION: A heat radiation structure 1 has a board including heating components 3, 4 and 5 mounted on the surface thereof; and a radiator plate 9 which is hooked to the board to press the heating component. The radiator plate 9 includes plural slits 36 which are formed to separate the edge portion of the radiator plate 9 into several pieces. Each of the slits 36 extends from a start point to the end point toward the center of the pressure that the radiator plate receives from the heating component. |
