PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an image forming apparatus which circulates residual toner collected in a cleaning part to a developing unit for reuse, without degrading image quality in image forming processing.SOLUTION: A cleaning part 110 collects residual toner remaining on a peripheral surface of a photoreceptor drum. A toner cartridge stores new toner. A circulation toner conveyance mechanism conveys the residual toner collected in the cleaning part 110 and the new toner in the toner cartridge to a toner container separately. A control part 401 acquires information on a ratio of the residual toner in the toner stored in the toner container. Image data to be used for image formation is input to a communication part 409. An image processing part 404 performs image processing on the image data on the basis of the ratio of the residual toner acquired by the control part. |
