1. An exercise apparatus, comprising:
a mounting assembly; a pulley assembly coupled to the mounting assembly, the pulley assembly includes a first pulley and a second pulley; a first pulley cable is positioned about the first pulley for movement relative thereto and a second pulley cable is positioned about the second for movement relative thereto, the first pulley cable includes a first end and a second end and the second pulley cable includes a first end and a second end; a first handle is coupled to the first end of the first pulley cable and a second handle is coupled to the first end of the second pulley cable; a body engaging assembly is coupled to the both the second end of the first pulley cable and the second end of the second pulley cable.
