1. A method for facilitating improving health of a user, comprising:
receiving a sensor signal indicative of biorhythmic activity of the user, the sensor signal having a first characteristic, indicative of a voluntary action of the user, and a second characteristic, indicative of a benefit-related variable of the user; and generating an output signal responsive to the second characteristic, the output signal directing the user to modify a parameter of the voluntary action indicated by the first characteristic.
