The invention relates to an optical time-stamping device comprising an optical instrument (12) comprising a retina (29) having a field of view (30) and capable of shooting said field of view (30) on said retina (29) and a high-precision reference clock-signal receiver (14). The time-stamping device (10) further includes: a remote source (16) for lighting the retina of the optical instrument (12), which is configured to emit a light signal toward the retina (29) of the optical instrument (12) and within the field of view (30) of the optical instrument (12); and control means (24) which are connected to the high-precision reference clock-signal receiver (14) by means of a first connection (231) and to the lighting source (16) by means of a second connection (232), and which are configured to control the lighting source (16) so as to emit a light signal in synchronization with the reference clock signal. The invention also relates to a related image-sensing system and to a related optical time-stamping method. |
