PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain good temperature characteristics by preventing rusting of a thermally-actuated element in a breaker used as a protection device of a secondary battery or the like.SOLUTION: A movable piece 4 has a terminal 41 projecting to the outside of a case 7, an elastic part 43 which generates elastic force for pressing a movable contact against a fixed contact, and an abutting part 42 abutting on the case 7 between the terminal 41 and the elastic part 43. A resin base 71 constituting the case 7 has an abutting part 74 abutting on the abutting part 42 of the movable piece 4. A gap between the abutting part 42 of the movable piece 4 and the abutting part 74 of the resin base 71 is filled with a resin 74h to enhance adhesion between the movable piece 4 and the case 7. Thus, moisture or the like is prevented from entering the inside of the case 7 to prevent rusting of a thermally-actuated element 5, thereby maintaining a normal thermal deformation operation. |
