PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide sensor devices which can reduce and output a noise even if the noise is included in external voltage supplied from an external power source.SOLUTION: A signal processing circuit 4 of sensor devices 1 comprises: a first fixed capacitor 61 having about equivalent electrostatic capacity with a first variable capacitor 31 of a capacitance sensor 3; and a second fixed capacitor 62 having about equivalent electrostatic capacity with a second variable capacitor 32. As for the first fixed capacitor 61, another terminal 64 which is different from a common terminal 63 which is connected to a CV converting circuit 5 is connected to a connecting terminal X1 of an external voltage impressed on the first variable capacitor 31. As for the second fixed capacitor 62, another terminal 65 which is different from the common terminal 63 which is connected to the CV converting circuit 5 is connected to a connecting terminal X2 of an external voltage impressed on the second variable capacitor 32. |
