PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a transformer unit capable of efficiently dissipating heat generated in a coil of a transformer, and a mounting structure for a transformer unit.SOLUTION: A transformer unit includes: a transformer 40 having a coil 41 and a core 42 disposed such that a part of the outer peripheral surface of the coil 41 is exposed; and a pair of heat sinks 50, 50 disposed to face each other so as to sandwich the coil from the outside in a radial direction of the coil 41 and covering the outer peripheral surface of the coil.
