PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a communication apparatus and a program capable of controlling switching between an optical communication and another communication.SOLUTION: The communication apparatus comprises: a communication section that has an optical communication system and a communication system different from the optical communication system; a level setting section that sets security level in data communication; and a communication system switching section that switches a communication system of the communication section according to the security level set by the level setting section.
