<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a die casting mold capable of easily replacing core pins and a die casting method performing die casting using the same.SOLUTION: A die casting mold includes a core pin 50 comprising an external member 51 made of steel and an internal member 52 made of copper or a copper alloy. A screw hole 61 for connecting the core pin 50 by screwing is formed on a molding surface for defining a cavity of the die casting mold, and an inner surface of the screw hole 61 consists of an external member 62 made of steel and an internal member 63 made of copper or a copper alloy. The internal member 52 of the core pin 50 and the internal member 63 of the screw hole 61 come into contact with each other when the core pin 50 is screwed into the screw hole 61.</p> |
