The present invention relates to a device converting a kinetic energy generated when wind or a fluid such as water flows into a mechanical energy and, more specifically, a structure of a blade in a windmill or a water wheel. The structure of the blade comprises a column (10) fixing a rotor (20); a shaft (30) supporting the rotor (20) transmitting power to the device and the blade; and first and second blades (40,50) receiving wind pressure. The first and second blades comprise two main surfaces (51), a first slope (52), a second slope (53), and a third slope (54). |
