The present invention provides a PCB inspecting device which automatically inspects the surface of a target board with various lighting systems more precisely and accurately, and which comprises a board transferring unit which straightly transfers a target board, which is sent to one end from a magazine, to the other end; and a plurality of photographing devices in which lighting units emitting red, green, and blue lights are differently and relatively set. Each photographing unit includes a color photographing unit which is arranged in the longitudinal direction of the board transferring unit and which collects color data by color-scanning the target board sent straightly; a mono-photographing unit which receives the color-scanned target board and collects mono data by mono-scanning the target board while straightly transferring the received target board; and a calculation control unit which compares each classified data which is generated by classifying the color data per red, green, and blue and the mono data with pre-stored circuit pattern data and extracts and displays regions of the target object in which concordance rates of each classified data and the mono data with the circuit pattern data is less than a preset range. |
