PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an intake pipe structure of an internal combustion engine capable of reducing variation in intake air amount detected by an air flow meter.SOLUTION: On both side surfaces of a meter body 31 of an air flow meter 30, a body opening portion 36 of an inner channel and a straightening portion 39 covering the body opening portion 36 from both sides at an interval are provided. An outlet portion 40 of the air flow meter 30 is formed by a downstream end in an intake air flowing direction of the straightening portion 39 and a side surface of the meter body 31. In an outlet pipe 20, a pair of straightening plates 22 extending in an intake air flowing direction and covering the downstream end in the intake air flowing direction of the straightening portion 39 from both sides at an interval are provided.
