PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a vehicle controller and a vehicle provided with the same which can warm the air at an early stage.SOLUTION: When a control state of a vehicle is in a start state (Ready-on state), a float valve 1080 disconnects a first oil pan 1100 from a second oil pan 1200, whether an engine is in an operation state or a stop state; when a control state of the vehicle 100 is in the stop state (Ready-off state), the float valve 1080 communicates the first oil pan 1100 and the second oil pan 1200. |
