<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a ball bearing cage that can shorten a running-in time of a lubricant of a ball bearing, and the ball bearing.SOLUTION: In a cage main body 31, there are formed a first pocket 32 and a second pocked 36 that rotatably hold balls 25. The first pocket 32 has, in a communicative manner, a first guide hole 33 having a hole wall face 33a formed at a one-end side in the axial direction, slidably contacting with external peripheral faces of the balls 25, and suppressing movement in both one axial direction and the circumferential direction, and a first space constitution hole 34 having a hole wall face 34a formed at the other end side in the axial direction, and constituting a clearance for permitting the passage of the lubricant between the external peripheral faces of the balls 25 and itself. The second pocket 36 has, in a communicative manner, a second guide hole 37 having a hole wall face 37a formed at the other end side in the axial direction, slidably contacting with the external peripheral faces of the balls 25, and suppressing movement in both the other axial direction and the circumferential direction, and a second space constitution hole 38 having a hole wall face 38a formed at a one-end side in the axial direction, and constituting a clearance for permitting the passage of the lubricant between the external peripheral faces of the balls 25 and itself.</p> |
