摘要 An image measuring device (100) comprises: an lighting unit (101) to emit a first narrow bandwidth light that has a bandwidth narrower than visible light and has a bandwidth containing the dominant wavelength of the color of a positive cell nucleus; an image acquiring unit (102) to acquire an examination image by capturing an image of a pathological examination specimen (108) that is exposed to the first narrow bandwidth light; a cell nucleus extracting unit (103) to extract pixels for the positive cell nucleus from the examination image by way of comparison of the pixel value of the inspection image to a prescribed threshold value; a positive ratio calculating unit (105) to calculate, from the pixels of positive cell nuclei extracted by the cell nucleus extracting unit (103), the ratio of the positive cell nuclei with respect to the cell nuclei contained in the pathological examination specimen (108); and an output unit (114) to output the ratio calculated by the positive ratio calculating unit (105).
