摘要

The purpose is to provide a novel compound useful as a raw material for a resist material. A norbornene derivative having epoxy and a reactive group mediated by methylene in a norbornane skeleton, represented by formula I, where R1 represents a hydrogen atom, acryloyl group, methacryloyl group, or hydroxymethylacryloyl group, and R2 represents a hydrogen atom or an alkyl group having 1-4 carbon atoms.
