The present invention relates to a method for making a snack using a bar rice cake, comprising: a first step of, in order to prepare a space, in which a dreg can be put, in the center of a prepared bar rice cake, preparing the space inside the bar rice cake by cutting a portion of the bar rice cake, forming a groove in the bar rice cake, or using an injector; a second step of injecting a predetermined amount of dreg in the space prepared in the center of the bar rice cake; and a third step of putting the bar rice cake with the dreg in a heating and molding machine; and a fourth step of heating the bar rice cake put in the heating and molding machine. Further, a method for processing a bar rice cake of the present invention comprises: a first step of preparing a bar rice cake with a dreg by inserting a dreg in the center of the bar rice cake, wherein the dreg contains, based on 100 parts thereof, 30-50 wt% of grain syrup and 50-70 wt% of nuts, or 40-60 wt% of grain syrup and 40-60 wt% of smashed fresh fruits; a second step of putting the bar rice cake with a dreg in a heating and molding machine; and a third step of heating the bar rice cake put in the heating and molding machine for a predetermined period of time. |
