An ESL system on chip according to one aspect of the present invention comprises a wireless communications unit for receiving update data on product information; a control unit for processing the update data received from the wireless communications unit; a first regulator for supplying an operating voltage to the wireless communications unit; a second regulator for supplying an operating voltage to the control unit; a power control unit for controlling the first regulator and the second regulator; and a third regulator for supplying an operating voltage to the power control unit, wherein the rated voltage of the power control unit is different from those of the wireless communications unit and the control unit.
