A data buffering control device in a network-based audio transceiver according to the present invention includes a buffering management block monitoring a time of calculating a buffer ratio for buffering audio data by checking a network connection environment between a server and a client, a play information collecting block obtaining play information from the server connected to the client through a network when the time of calculating comes, a buffer ratio calculating block calculating a buffer ratio for buffering the audio data based on the play information, a data buffering block performing variable buffering of the audio data received through the network based on the buffer ratio, a signal processing block generating an audio signal by performing D/A converting and decoding of the buffered audio data, and an audio transmitting block outputting the audio signal to a speaker. |
