A form correcting apparatus according to one embodiment of the present invention includes a frame body and a sweep unit which is supplied to the frame body to progress with a height difference by being closely attached to both sides of a variable member to correct a form by sweeping the variable member from one side to the other side. Also, the sweep unit of the form correcting apparatus according to one embodiment of the present invention includes a moving correction element supplied to both sides of the variable member to progress while forming a closed curved surface in a diagonal direction of a transfer direction of the variable member in at least a correction section.
