PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electric shutter apparatus for a building, which enables a projector 10 and a photodetector 11, configuring obstacle detection means, to be attached in the state of being positioned near a shutter core without protruding to the outside from a guide rail 4.SOLUTION: A projector 10 and a photodetector 11 are attached to a substrate material 5 that is provided between a guide rail 4 and a skeleton 6 so as to attach the guide rail 4 to the side of the skeleton 6. Detection of an obstacle during a closing operation of a shutter curtain 1 is disabled below positions in which the projector 10 and the photodetector 11 are attached. |
