PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To simplify registration operation of wireless LAN setting without installation operation of new software with respect to a set terminal.SOLUTION: In a control unit 104, a beacon transmission part 104a publicly informs an SSID 1 of a network which requires a password for wireless LAN connection and an SSID 2 of a network which does not require a password by beacon. A virtual connection construction part 104b responds to a connection request to a set second SSID received from a smart phone MN and connects the smart phone MN to a wireless LAN of the second SSID. A wireless LAN setting kit response part 104c responds a wireless LAN setting kit including a password of the first SSID to the smart phone MN that has accessed via the wireless LAN of the second SSID. A main connection construction part 104d responds to the connection request including the password with respect to the first SSID received from the smart phone MN and connects the smart phone MN to the wireless LAN of the first SSID.
