<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a house comprising a staircase which has a good perspective, improves a daylighting property and can be utilized as an evacuation route, and being capable of effectively utilizing the space.SOLUTION: A house 1 comprises: an exterior wall body including openings through which daylighting can be performed, at least on an intermediate floor and an upper floor; a staircase area which is adjacent to the exterior wall body and formed over three layers from the lower floor to the upper floor; a first habitable space which is formed on the intermediate floor and adjacent to the exterior wall body and the staircase area; and a second habitable space which is formed on the intermediate floor and adjacent to a side of the staircase area opposite to the exterior wall body. The staircase area includes: a staircase hall which is formed on the intermediate floor, adjacent to the exterior wall body and connected to the first habitable space; a first staircase which is a straight staircase connected from the lower floor to the staircase hall and has upward gradient toward the exterior wall body; and a second staircase which is disposed at a position neighboring to the first staircase in a planar view, is a straight staircase connected from the upper floor to the staircase hall, is formed with downward gradient toward the exterior wall body and has a see-through structure.</p> |
