<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a video content search system and a method thereof.SOLUTION: The video content search system implemented in an electronic device in which a media player is installed comprises: a receiving module for determining whether a keyword which has been input by a user is received; a match module for, when the keyword which has been input by the user is received, comparing the keyword which has been input by the user with all subtitles in video reproduced by the media player so as to search for subtitles matched with the keyword; an output module for outputting the subtitles matched with the keyword which has been input by the user, to the user; a selection module for receiving one matched subtitle selected by the user; and a reproduction control module for controlling the video reproduced by the media player and jumping to a position of the screen content corresponding to the subtitle selected by the user. The invention also provides a video content search method.</p> |
