PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable a measurement value by an IMS to be verified by predicting a drift time of a chemical material by the IMS with high accuracy.SOLUTION: An IMS drift time prediction device which predicts a drift time in measurement of a chemical material by an IMS comprises: a prediction value calculation unit for calculating a drift time prediction value by approximating a structure of the chemical material to a simple structure; and a prediction value correction unit for correcting the drift time prediction value on the basis of a structure of molecules included in the chemical material.
