The invention relates to a camshaft adjusting device for an internal combustion engine comprising: a vane-type adjuster (6) which can be actuated by a pressure medium and which is rotationally fixed to a camshaft (3) by means of a rotor and rotationally fixed to a crankshaft of the internal combustion engine by means of a stator; a central valve (5) which has a displaceable valve body (8), by means of which a pressure medium is fed to the vane-type adjuster (6) via a pressure medium pump (P) from a pressure medium reservoir (T), said medium being selectively introduced into different working chambers (A,B) and fed back from other working chambers (A,B) to the pressure medium reservoir (T), depending on the position of the valve body (8). The device also comprises a rolling bearing (4), by means of which the end section of the camshaft (3) facing the vane-type adjuster (6) is mounted in relation to a fixed housing wall (1). The device is provided with an axially oriented through-flow opening (12,13) which extends through the rolling bearing (4) and through which the pressure medium delivered by the pressure medium pump (P) flows in an axial direction to the central valve (5). |
