METHOD FOR MANUFACTURING CONCRETE USING REJECT ASH AND REINFORCEMENT FIBER

Provided is a method for manufacturing concrete using reject ash and reinforced fiber which can easily form lean concrete by recycling reject ash which is wasted. The method for manufacturing concrete using reject ash and reinforced fiber comprises the steps of: a) mixing reject ash with cement; b) mixing fine aggregate and coarse aggregate with cement in which reject ash is mixed and mixing to form dry mixing concrete; c) mixing water with the dry mixing concrete; d) mixing reinforced fiber with concrete in which water is mixed; e) mixing concrete in which reinforced fiber is mixed; and f) discharging concrete in which reject ash and reinforced fiber are mixed. The reject ash in step a) has unit volume of 60kg/m^3, and the reinforced fiber in step d) has fiber content rate of 0.2%.
