The present invention relates to coated powder for a cosmetic composition and to a manufacturing method thereof which provide high refractive and, particularly, high reflectivity after being wetted with sebum excretion, enhance durability of makeup, and prevent pigmentation by coating the powder used to manufacture cosmetic composition with specific silicon oil. The present invention comprises a mixture of 80-98 wt% of powder type material, 1-10 wt% of diphenylsiloxy phenyl trimethicone which is first silicon oil coated on the powder, and 1-10 wt% of triethoxysilylethyl polydimethylsiloxyethyl hexyl dimethicone which is second silicon oil coated on the powder. |
