PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a wheel supporting structure generating little noise, certainly reducing impact force, and capable of smoothly and quietly traveling, with a simple structure.SOLUTION: A wheel supporting structure includes an arm member 1 rotatably supporting a wheel 8, and a supporting member 2 attached to an attached member D. The arm member 1 is rockably journaled to the supporting member 2 with a horizontal journal member 9. The wheel supporting structure also includes a shaft portion 3 provided on either one of the arm member 1 or the supporting member 2, and arranged in parallel at a position eccentric to a journal core L9 of the journal portion 9; and a cylindrical shock absorber 5 held by the other of the arm member 1 and the supporting member 2, and in which the shaft portion 3 is inserted. By rocking around the journal portion 9 of the arm member 1, the shaft portion 3 and the shock absorber 5 are relatively and eccentrically moved, and the shock absorber 5 is elastically deformed to each impact. |
