PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a seal material sheet for a solar battery module, which is capable of improving power generation efficiency, reduces a coefficient of water absorption and also improves a PID performance, the seal material sheet being made of a polyethylene-based resin and colored in white.SOLUTION: A seal material sheet made of a polyethylene-based resin is disposed at a light non-receiving surface side of a solar battery cell in a solar battery module. The seal material sheet contains white pigments in 4 mass% or more and 10 mass% or less and has a multilayer configuration formed from layers with different contents of white pigments, and a coefficient of water absorption according to JIS-K7209 is 0.2% or less. A skin layer is disposed at a side adhered with the solar battery cell in the multilayer configuration, it is preferable that the content of white pigments in the skin layer is 4% or less, two kinds of three-layer configurations of skin layer-inner layer-skin layer are included and it is more preferable that the content of white pigments in the inner layer is 4% or more. |
