PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a runner structure for a sliding door that is adaptive to a shift or change of a gap in a vertical direction which is caused between the sliding door and a door frame.SOLUTION: A runner structure for a sliding door includes: a guide roller which travels in a longitudinal direction along a guide rail provided at an upper edge of a door frame for the sliding door; a unit member which is fixed to an upper end of the door plate and connected to the guide roller; and a bar member which is provided in parallel with the guide rail. The unit member includes a first case member which is fitted to the door plate; a second case member which is fitted to the first case member movably toward the bar member; a related member which is fitted to the second case member and related to the bar member; and an energizing member which energizes the second case member toward the bar member. The second case member moves toward the bar member on the basis of energizing force of the energizing member adaptively to change in distance between the first case member and door frame, and the related member is always pressed against the bar member. |
