PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a firefighting order system capable of executing wireless control efficiently without wasting resources of a wireless channel.SOLUTION: When an order control device 2 receives a wireless channel setting request in a wireless control mode from an instruction mount 11, which tries to perform communications with a mobile station 51 which is specified from a plurality of mobile stations via a base station 4 (sequence E1), the order control device 2 captures a wireless channel in a wireless control mode between the instruction mount 11 and the mobile station 51, sets both in a wireless control state, and establishes a communication link only between the order control device 2 and the instruction mount 11 set in the wireless control state (sequence E2b), while shifting to a press-on reception standby state (sequence E2a), and setting a communication link between the order control device 2 and the mobile station 51 in a state of not being established until press-on information indicating press-down for acquiring a transmission right is received from the instruction mount 11 or the mobile station 51.
