PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a skin cosmetic getting into a firm foam shape when used, being easily applied to a wide area of the body, giving smoothly-coated feeling without stickiness to a user when dried after application, and allowing sufficient care feeling.SOLUTION: A skin cosmetic is filled in a non-aerosol type foam discharge container and comprises (A) a certain nonionic surfactant, (B) a certain polyalkylene compound and (C) water, where the total amount of component (A) and the component (B) in the skin cosmetic is 1 mass% or more and 10 mass% or less and the proportion of the component (A) and the component (B) is a mass ratio of (A)/(B)=8/1 to 1/9. |
