PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a floor panel with stable high quality without irregularity, rattling or the like besides making the floor panel into a structure which does not break due to weight or the like even when a heater is attached on the front side (the top surface side) of the floor panel.SOLUTION: A floor panel 10 with a heater function includes a frame body 21 which, by convexly forming four sides on a top surface of a panel base body 20, stores: a sheet-like heater 30; an electrostatic sheet 50; and a soaking plate 40. In the frame body 21, the soaking plate 40 is stored without performing fixation hindering thermal expansion and thermal contraction of the soaking plate 40, and gaps 22 are provided between the frame body 21 and the soaking plate 40 to be brought into a non-contact state. |
