<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a black ultrathin copper foil-fitted copper foil structure constituted by: a carrier foil using a copper foil as a carrier; a blackened layer; a peeling layer; and an ultrathin copper foil wherein one, two, three, or four planes thereof comprise black planes.SOLUTION: A black ultrathin copper foil-fitted copper foil structure includes: a carrier foil; a blackened layer; a peeling layer; and an ultrathin copper foil. The carrier foil possesses a smooth surface and a bonding surface. The blackened layer is configured on the smooth surface of the carrier foil. The blackened layer is constituted by at least one selected from the group consisting of copper, cobalt, nickel, and manganese. The peeling layer is configured atop the blackened layer. The peeling layer is constituted by at least one selected from the group consisting of molybdenum, nickel, chromium, and potassium. The ultrathin copper foil is configured atop the peeling layer. The ultrathin copper foil imparting a black appearance affords merits of enabling direct laser drilling, of dispensing with blackening or browning processes of the prior art, of ensuring a fair appearance, and of being able to block electromagnetic waves.</p> |
