The present invention is provided with a radiation heat sink having a press-fit hole whose inner periphery is a cast skin surface. A shaft of a rectifying element in an insertion guide is aligned with the axis of the press-fit hole, and, after a press-fit head is disposed facing the radiation heat sink, the radiation heat sink is held in place by the press-fit head and the insertion guide. A projecting part of a load-bearing jig is disposed facing the rectifying element in the insertion guide, and the press-fit head is pressed against the circumference of the press-fit hole in the radiation heat sink. The projecting part of the load-bearing jig bears the load imposed on the rectifying element, and the rectifying element is press-fitted into the press-fit hole of the radiation heat sink. |
