<p>The present invention reduces difficulties related to product restocking notifications. An in-stock notification request receiving means (74) of a notification control system (1) receives in-stock notification requests for products from users. An in-stock notification means (76) sends in-stock notifications to users from whom in-stock notification requests have been received when products become available. An inventory determination means (78) determines whether or not inventory of a product exists when a user from whom an in-stock notification request has been received accesses a product page after the product becomes available.
