The present invention relates to a Daebong persimmon broth manufactured by using Daebong persimmons, rice as a main ingredient, and one material selected from vegetables, meats, and mushrooms as a minor ingredient, and to a manufacturing method thereof. The Daebong persimmon broth contains 10-13 parts by weight of rice, 2-5 parts by weight of Daebong persimmons, 2-5 parts by weight of vegetables, 2-5 parts by weight of meats, 4-7 parts by weight of mushrooms, 1 part by weight of onions, and 1 part by weight of bell peppers. The manufacturing method of the Daebong persimmon broth comprises: a first step for soaking the rice in water for 2-5 hours, grinding the same, and mixing the same with finely minced Daebong persimmons and one material selected from vegetables, meats, and mushrooms; a second step following the first step to put the mixture in a glass bottle, sealing the glass bottle, and sterilizing the mixture by a retort sterilizer at 115-130°C for 15-35 minutes; and a third step for quenching the mixture for 5 minutes to 5 hours after having undergone the second step. According to the present invention of such composition, digestion and absorption are increased, and immunity is strengthened. |
