The present invention relates to a method, device and system for processing a closed subscriber group (CSG) subscription data request, the method comprising: a CSG subscriber server receives a CSG subscription data request transmitted by a mobility management entity (MME), the CSG subscription data request containing the identifier of the MME and the identifier of a user equipment (UE), and being used to acquire the CSG subscription data of the UE; if the CSG subscription data of the UE does not exist, then the CSG subscriber server saves the identifier of the MME and the identifier of the UE. The method avoids an MME being unable to acquire the updated CSG subscription data of a UE.
