PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a laser type oxygen gas analyzer that uses a difference in temperature between oxygen gas included in purge gas and air and oxygen gas included in gas to be measured to be sensitive only to the high-temperature oxygen gas included in the gas to be measured, hardly being sensitive to the low-temperature oxygen gas included in the purge gas and the air, thereby detecting the presence or absence of or measuring the concentration of only the oxygen gas included in the gas to be measured.SOLUTION: The laser type oxygen gas analyzer includes: a light-emitting section 100 that emits a laser beam having such a wavelength that the absorption intensity of high-temperature oxygen gas that is a measurement target is large and the absorption intensity of low-temperature oxygen gas included in purge gas in a light-emitting section side purge section 300 and a light-receiving section side purge section 400 is small; and a light-receiving section 200 that receives detection light absorbing a large amount of the high-temperature oxygen gas that is the measurement target. |
